The website: vectorpredictor.com (the "website") is owned and controlled by the University Court of the University of Glasgow incorporated under the Universities (Scotland) Act 1889 and having our principal office at University Avenue, Glasgow G12 8QQ, a registered Scottish charity in terms of Section 13 (2) of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 (Charity Number SC004401, Charity Name 'University of Glasgow Court') (“University of Glasgow”, “us”, “we” and “our”).

This website has been created in collaboration with:

  • The Ifakara Health Institute, a non profit organisation registered in Tanzania under registration number 1487 incorporated under the provisions of the Trustees’ Incorporation Act (CAP.318 R.E. 2002) and having its main administrative offices at Plot 463, Kiko Avenue, Mikocheni, P.O. Box 78373, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania (Tanzania), and;
  • The Institut de Recherche en Sciences de la Sante, a charitable body registered in Burkina Faso incorporated under chart N N°97/043/MESSRS from April 25, 1997 and having its main administrative offices Boulevard de l’Indépendance “Ex Ecole Jamot” 01 BP 545 Bobo-Dioulasso 01, Burkina Faso (Burkina Faso).

In these Website Terms of Use the Ifakara Health Institute and the Institute de Recherche en Sciences de la Sante shall be referred to as the “Collaborators”.

The website supports the machine-learning based classification of mosquitoes into age and species classes based on their mid-infrared spectra.

These terms of use set out the terms for use of the website and applies to all users of and visitors to the website ('you'). 2. Membership termination

  • If you wish to terminate your membership, you may do so by email to simon.babayan@glasgow.ac.uk.
  • We may, for any reason, immediately suspend or terminate your membership at any time by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide on registration.

3. Content
