Explore anonymised mid-infrared spectra and model outputs without an account. One example is an Anopheles mosquito (sample_spectrum_1.csv); the other is a Simulium blackfly (sample_oncho_spectrum.dpt). Simulium screening is a PCR pre-screen: it flags spectra that look Onchocerca-consistent so they can go to confirmatory qPCR.

Predictions are exploratory classifications with confidence tiers and may abstain when uncertainty is high. They are not validated for operational decisions.
